The Tourbillon Haute Joaillerie, from the ‘J12′ collection, is just a fantastic timepiece from Chanel. This amazing adventure of the unique timepiece started in 2000 when this stunning piece was first launched. Now the ‘J12′ steps into the world of Fine Jewelry watches with the 605 baguette-cut diamonds. The latest edition of this timepiece displayed at Baselworld 2007 concentrates on the Chanel codes – black and white, diamonds and ceramic, thus creating a timepiece that combines the perfection of fine watchmaking and fine jewelry.
The dial of J12 is made of two black ceramics plates of 0,3mm and 9 index diamonds. In 2005, the watch was modified by adding complications of ‘Tourbillon’. In addition, 568 baguette-cut rubies literally embracing the bezel, the watchcase and bracelet makes this timepiece really charming. Only single piece of J12 has been produced, thus, reducing the chance to own it.
